Cesarina and the little Friendship Egg ๐๐ฅ๐

Today I want to tell you a very special story that happened in these days here, in the quiet backyard of our house.
New Friends in the Backyard ๐
A few months ago, two new friends arrived: Cesarina and Pulzina, two young hens ๐ who brought a wave of joy and novelty.
Hens are really funny, they have their own way of living, and I could tell you many funny stories of these past months together.

An Unexpected Event ๐ฅ
The other day, however, something truly incredible happened: Cesarina decided to lay her first egg.

In the kennel of our trusted playmate, the dog Joy! ๐ถ
Joy is very sensitive and friendly, and when she saw that Cesarina was trying to enter her kennel, she moved gently, without making any fuss. She wanted to give her all the space she needed to lay her egg in peace, sheltered from possible distractions, and preventing other animals from disturbing her.
It was a very kind and affectionate gesture on her part. ๐ฅฐ
After a while, Cesarina finally laid the egg, and here comes another surprise…
Joy, very carefully, took the egg in her mouth and, after understanding what it was, brought it to Davide. ๐ฅ We couldn’t believe our eyes! Joy is truly a retriever dog! โจ
Davide, very excited, took the still warm little egg and showed it to Simba and me. We were fascinated. ๐ป
We had never seen an egg so up close!
It was a little miracle. ๐ฟโจ
A Lesson in Friendship ๐
In the following days, Cesarina continued to lay eggs, and I’ll tell you they are really delicious. ๐๐ฅ
This story teaches a lot about friendship and coexistence among species. Even though we are different, we love each other and help each other as much as possible. We are truly a big family, and every day is a new adventure. ๐
I can’t wait to tell you other stories we live here at our house. Stay tuned, because with friends like Cesarina and Joy, we never get bored! ๐
Little Curiosity ๐ก
For all of you who have read this far, I’ll share a tidbit: do you know where Cesarina and Pulzina sleep? ๐๏ธ๐
Cesarina often goes inside the chicken coop, covered with straw, so she stays warm when itโs cold or windy. โ๏ธ When the days are milder, however, she sleeps with Pulzina on a branch of the pomegranate tree! ๐
Thereโs no cold, heat, or wind that can change Pulzina’s mind. It makes me laugh a lot because she has her opinion and doesnโt renounce it even in exchange for more comfort. ๐ In short, both Cesarina and Pulzina are really characters!
